On the track of unruly elements – walking the Maar and Thermal Bath Trail

You make your own way to Auderath or Lutzerath.

18.8 km – up 303 m, down 357 m

On your walk from Ulmen to Lutzerath there are lots of leisure spots to discover: Jungferweiher, Ulmener Maar, Maismühle, Wollmerather Kopp, Lutzerather Panorama.

164.4 km – up 368 m, down 586 m

On your way from Lutzerath to Bad Bertrich you walk through the Niederwald (Lower Wood) along the Üssbach up to Siebenbachblick, past stone-age caves (Falkenlay volcano) and on to the Römerkessel Landscape-Therapy Park in Bad Bertrich.

On the fourth day your trip along the Maar and Thermal Bath Trail ends.
