Amid the natural surroundings of GesundLand Vulkaneifel 14 stopping points were provided for people to practise sport and maintain their own mobility. The stopping points call for energy, stamina and coordination to keep the whole body top fit.

The trail runs for a distance of 6.3 kilometres from the sports ground to Wollmerather Kopp and from there back into the town. Each exercise is explained fully on the information board relating to it. The sports-minded, whatever their age, can exercise and train together in the fresh air in natural surroundings. The exercises here are intended not only for sportspersons but also for health-conscious walkers and strollers.
